Til 2016 Spanish Expat Javier worked as Rigger for concerts and events while his wife Eva was a professional photographer.

Sadly, for us their neighbors, both of their interests combined in 2024 as Javier installed a high mounted surveilance camera, using it follow my wife's day to day activities.

With Javier Rodriguez (aka Pacho Ortiz as well as Francisco) rigging a high mounted camera to film the private life of our family. Over a year ago our neighbors at Finca Itze, Javier Rodriguiz and Eva Vela-Barti moved one of their surveillance cameras aimed directly at our house, not actually monitoring their own property, Our privacy had been illegally violated, similar to those using smartphones to illegally capture "upskirt pictures"

We erected a privacy fence 4 meters high to provide both us and them enhanced security as well as privacy. Also providing safety and security for their guests, pets, and livestock.

Javi and Eva were quick to respond by immediately remounting their camera 3 meters. The camera occasionally pivots to monitor another angle of their property. But it always seems to focus on our space when we are in our outdoor balcony/living room/kitchen. When my wife goes swimming in our pool they often pivot the camera to that area.
